This Will Help Your Practice… Big Time (Docusign)

This week I get to share something extremely useful that WILL help you retain more clients.

It’s called DocuSign or EchoSign.

Before I get into details, let me tell you the theory behind why this works…

Clicked thru from email? (Continue reading below)

Imagine you’re way overweight, older, and ugly. You’re in a local bar, looking for eligible dates.

No one wants you because you’re completely undesirable. Other, more attractive and fit people are competing for your prospect’s attention.

You’re trying to make conversation and get your Prospect to have some drinks, leave the bar with you, and hopefully become your sweetheart.

…but the moment your prospect (given that they’re naturally attracted to good looking people) sees an opportunity to run away with someone else, they will.

The faster you can “close them”, “sign them up”, or “convince them you’re the ‘one’”, the more likely you won’t go home alone.

…and THIS is where Docusign / Echosign come in.

This online service lets you send your retainer agreement and other paperwork electronically to your Potential New Client (PNC).

Your PNC can review and E-SIGN your retainer agreement using their:

  • Smartphone (e-sign with their finger), or
  • Laptop or Desktop (e-sign with their mouse)

Ever spend 35 min on the phone with a PNC, only to have them “disappear” and stand you up for a new client consult and retainer signing?

Imagine, during your conversation, if you could get the PNC’s info, email them the retainer agreement, then say:

“While we’re on the phone, I just emailed you my retainer agreement.

Why don’t we go through it together for 5 minutes, electronically sign it, and I can immediately start working on your case.”

No, this WON’T work every time. But what if 1 out of 5 PNCs say, ‘OK, let’s do it’ and sign?

…the overweight, older, and ugly guy just got a date and beat out the ‘beautiful people’.

Disclaimer: I don’t earn a dime from recommending DocuSign or EchoSign.
Both services cost approx. 60 bucks per month last time I checked.

Even if you get 1 more retained client a YEAR, the service pays for itself. Check it out!
