Ever been to a competitor’s website and after a few seconds, seen the screen go dark, and a chat box open up with an invitation to talk?
Does this stuff really work or is it a parlor trick?
Last week, I had the chance to ‘nGage’ with the president and 1st lieutenant of nGage Live Chat at their offices in Austin, Texas.
We interviewed for ~25 minutes, and I asked every possible question I could think of that you would want to know about live chat:
I grilled these guys and they gave tons of useful info that will help you make an informed decision as to whether Live Chat is a good idea for your firm.
Near the end of the audio interview, the nGage guys surprised me by saying that attorneys can get leads from other local attorneys who don’t have the time to do phone consults with their live chats –
…you’ve got to hear how this works ←I personally think it’s a very cool and useful way for them to monetize all of their clients’ leads and for you to get more leads than you otherwise would.
