Quick question:
Do you get frustrated with time wasters and marketing vultures calling your law office, even though they don’t have a legal problem to discuss?
If so, then I have something for you.
It’s a simple 12-word question. Give it to your admins — or anyone else that answers the phone, including yourself — and have them memorize it.
And then, make sure these 12 words are the first ones that come out their (or your) mouth, before the caller has a chance to speak.
Why?
Because there are only two ways to answer this question.
“Yes” — means the caller is a legit prospect. Treat them like gold, listen to them talk about their case (even if you’ve heard it a million times) and then get them in for a strategy session.
And if they answer, “No” — hang up.
What is this 12-word sentence?
