What Will You Do?
We are seeking ambitious, growth-driven professionals ready to take ownership of the sales process – from lead qualification to deal closure. This fully remote role offers flexibility and high growth potential.
In your first 30 days, you will focus on setting appointments for our senior closer while training to independently close deals. After the training period, you will transition into managing your own pipeline, building relationships, and closing deals autonomously.
Your success during the first 30 days will be measured by the following targets:
- Set 20 BANT-qualified appointments.
- Ensure a 50% show rate, with at least 10 appointments attended.
- Qualify at least 5 appointments for a full demo of our platform.
- Achieve 2+ contracts sent for review.
- Ensure at least 1 signed deal is acquired by the closer.
Once you complete these targets, you will transition into full-cycle sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: After completing your training period, take full ownership of your pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, pitching, and closing your own deals. Build relationships with prospects and guide them through every step of the sales process.
- Closing Deals: Leverage warm leads and your consultative approach to secure new clients, consistently meeting or exceeding your monthly target of closing at least 4 deals.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your prospects from the initial contact through follow-ups, ensuring a seamless experience that builds trust and converts leads into clients.
- Team Participation: Attend 3-4 weekly training sessions and team meetings to continuously refine your skills and align with company goals.
- Performance Target: Close at least 4 new deals per month to ensure consistent growth in revenue.
Compensation & Payment Terms
Base Compensation
- First Month (SDR): $36,000/year or $692/week.
- Second Month (BDS): $48,000/year or $923/week.
- Third Month and onward (BDS): $60,000/year or $1,154/week.
Commission Structure
- SDR Bonuses (First Month):
- $50 for each “qualified” appointment set.
- $100 if your appointment is held, pitched, and a contract is sent by the closer.
- $100 if your appointment results in a paid and closed deal.
- BDS Compensation (After Transition):
- Paid Upfront:
- 50% of the client’s sign-up fee (Avg. $500).
- 50% of the client’s first month’s service fee (Avg. $1,500).
- Residual Payments:
- 5% of the client’s monthly service fee (Months 2-12).
- 3% of the client’s monthly service fee (Month 13 onward).
- Note: Residual payments will go down from 5% to 3%, and from 3% to 2% during the period if/when total new deals closed are below 9 in a rolling 3-month period.

Qualifications
Required:
- Current/recent (2024-2025) B2B full-cycle sales experience in Enterprise SaaS or High-Ticket Sales ($5K+).
- Experience in client-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A computer, headset, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
- Willingness to train on and apply the Sandler sales methodology.
- Proven ability to handle rejection, close deals, and persistently pursue leads.
Preferred:
- Current/recent experience selling to attorneys.
